You have to have a very small pellet of ice to use this machine not commonly made.
The size of the dry ice needed to run this machine properly was never mentioned in any of the details before ordering. Once I order the machine and realize that it needed to have a very small ice pellet I found out that the closest production of this type of ice was a six hour round trip for me. When I tried to return this to the seller his reply was I'll give you a $500 credit. That is absolutely is worthless when you have to drive six hours to pick up ice to use the machine. Up until this date I have not been able to return the machine and am stuck with this product.

Machine in picture and description not the same
Machine arrived and was not the same as described or pictured. Air inlet has no adapter with it making it difficult to connect!!!Do not buy this as you will struggle to find a adapter for the air inlet!!!
