Great carpet cleaning solution for spot treatment by hand, orderd this one with the spray bottle for home use after using them for janitorial work, as the spray bottle is very good, long reach, adjustable stream, and more durable than most household spray bottles. This cleaner works very well on cat vomit stains, i spray it on directly then suck it up with a shop-style wet/dry cannister vacuum, it rinses clean with plain water, and leaves no trace of stain. It can also be used to just spot clean with a brush and rag. It is high foamimg so its not recommended for use with carpet shampoo machines or extractors, but i suck it out with a shop vac and clean water with no issue. Smells really good, a nice industrial clean with a hint of citrus.

This stuff is MAGIC. Works very well on high traffic areas, but also removes a wide variety of stains! Use as directed: spray on and then cover and blot (I used rag towels laid on top and then walked on them). Stains get sucked out of the carpet in the most satisfying way! Two applications needed in some places and leaving the towels in place for a few hours helps on the toughest spots. Wonderful stuff!

I purchased this not expecting too much and man was I impressed! My elder dog was losing control of her bladder and vomiting blood in her final days and this stuff took the stains and smell completely out of the carpet. I didn’t realize that I didn’t get the carpet shampoo until after I had put it into my carpet cleaner and did the entire floor, but it worked AMAZINGLY! Best $10.39 I have spent and will purchase again!

I bought a carpet cleaner to clean up my mom’s home. When I lived there I rescued cats and while the kittens were all adopted. We ended up keeping the adult cats. Over the years they have messed up the carpets. Especially in the two extra rooms that aren’t really used anymore. Now this carpet cleaning solution is the cheapest one on Amazon. I wasn’t expecting much, just wanted to see how well it performs. Maybe it’s my carpet cleaner but I already used a gallon bottle on only 1/4 of the room. And it was extremely foamy. So for the remainder of the room I diluted the rest because I only had 2 bottles left. Filled the reservoir 1/3 with water and rest with the solution. It cleaned surprisingly well. I know I’m going to go over the carpet with an enzyme cleaner to get rid of the cat odor. But the carpet solution got the old stains up. It looks so much better and was definitely worth the purchase. But it was extremely foamy until I diluted it. I went with this because I just wanted to get the carpet cleaned up and to see how this new carpet machine works. I’ve already made multiple purchases of this cleaning solution. It’s a good cheaper option. And I’ll get a more expensive enzyme cleaner for the corners and walls.

Ok label is updated but still the same product my family has used for years before my father passed away him and my mother owned a family carpet cleaning janitorial business and I have helped them over the years unfortunately so serious issues occurred when someone stole 122,000.00 from my family’s banking account and other issues my family lost there business and my mother and father were honest people never asked for help or stole a dime from anyone that business is long gone since 1998 then my father passed away February 11th 2019 ten days after my birthday and that las great thing he did was bring me home from North Carolina out of an abussive domestic violence engagement and more but back to the product it’s a carpet cleaner shampoo that can be used with multiple types of shampoo machines from industrial to residential it is concentrated so a mixture or water per proper measurements and it will be ready to use this is high traffic detergent it will clean but won’t create miracles so hold your expectations because depending on your carpets condition and stains and more will determine how well this product works it will not I repeat not create miracle for badly severely neglected carpets and stains of all kinds of sorts but it will clean well on normal wear and stains it has a nice scent to it and softens the carpet for best results maintain carpet every month or six months or as needed now here is what’s really good about this product if used to shampoo automotive cloth seats and carpets floor mats and rv motorhome furniture excellent now for laundry detergent it is not labeled as a laundry detergent but my family used this product for years and tested it’s uses for table clothes drapes curtains bedding of all sorts pet bedding and yes ladies and gentlemen even regular laundry works great something the product Zep manufactures won’t tell you because it’s known as a carpet cleaner but have many many proof or all sorts of uses but my family personally tested this product for years ok all kinds of things delicate enough to clean a wedding dress or prom dress tuxedo ties and more do I still buy this product and use it yes I definitely do and recommend this product because it does more then what it’s claims and made for thank you zep for all the products my family has used for years and will continue to use and TYSVM Amazon for caring a product I love and is dear to my heart because my memories of my father my mother and me bonded together in a family business using this product and my love for my family became a household name for us god bless you all amen sincerely djmaddmonkey

This product works so well and leaves a clean smell in your home.

I bought this product to hand wash my area rugs. I don't own a steam vacuum cleaner. I just dabbed the product on my area rugs (one white shaggy and the other grey low pile. I let it sit for 10 minutes and then used a wash cloth to scrub the rugs a little followed by a rinse using a hose. The rugs came out clean with no damage or impact to the color. Very satisfied with the product. Smells great too. I have also used this product to spot clean a stain on a yellow upholstered chair and the stain came off without issues and with no damage to the fabric or color. Highly recommend

It’s a decent product that has a great smell and does pretty good work from the pet odor. Not sure about other things not really good for a high traffic carpet.

This product takes grease and food stains out of a thin expensive sisal rubber backed carpet. needs a strong scrub over a few days but it works well!
