I would go to the contents listed on the back...even better go to UTZ and see what they say is in their snack mix. My husband has taken a snack bag of Pub Mix with him to the links for over five (5) years. I serve it when the kids come around. I take a big bag to gatherings when we all contribute. The mix has various kinds of wonderful little bits of this and that. Have fun with it and enjoy it with friends!

What is the difference between the two pub mixes besides the price?

Nothing - Utz Pub Mix comes in a variety of sizes - I think like, 25 oz, 32 oz, 44 oz - I've always just gonewith the largest as "per unit" the price turns out to be a bit lower.

How tall and wide is the container?

5+ inches square and seems like 11 to 12 inches tall.. Its been awhile and I no longer have the container
