Good quality cheap planner
Good quality paper and very nice plastic wallet built into the back of the book. Has all the categories to plan your day out perfectly. Good cheap planner

Daily planner fit for purpose
Would preferred a hardback design, but it’s is made well, needed a 24hr diary as I work shifts, this is 6am to 11pm. Black covered A4 size design will motivate me to continue CBT diary. Not really worth the money asked for it!

Not sure it’s worth the money.
It’s ok. Will do the job but is flimsy and feels cheap. You could probably get the equivalent in one of the cheap shops.

Love it!!
I’m a senior lecturer going through the menopause and my normal diary and separate notebook was just not cutting it. I experience brain fog and forgetfulness which is really stressful and upsetting so having this with me at uni and in class makes sure I remember everything I was doing! Love the gratitude and how are you feeling section which I’m using every day. Lovely book, perfect size and helps me get through every day!!

Onto my second one
Bought this to try and it has been so good at helping me keep track of what needs to done and remind me what has been done at work. So much so I ordered my second one as I got near the end of the first one!

Love this planner! I really scoured the internet looking for a planner to suit my needs, and this is it! The layout is fantastic, and though I was initially on the fence, as an ADHD'er, the undated style really works for me as I can abandon it for a bit and pick it right back up without wasting pages. Perfect! The quality is great, with thick pages.
