This set of 4 resistance bands was recommended to me by my trainer to use when working out at home and they have been a great addition to my workouts. The elastic is thick, durable, and the resistance each band creates really adds that extra tension making even simple moves difficult. Someone said in their review that these can’t be used for standing exercises but I haven’t had an issue using the red, black, or purple bands for lunges, squats, or thrusters.Someone also mentioned that the bands they received had an odor or residue but fortunately, I did not have that issue. They are slightly tacky but nothing that inhibits their use. Overall, I find these a great cost-effective addition to my exercise regime.

A bit of a pain to get out of the package - has multiple barriers. And not easy to refold. Comes with an oversized satin sack that will survive the coming years. Very useful set - for my elliptical, even bicycle to work the abs a bit - not sure that will stick. Great kit for options.

They did smell a little fishy when I got them and had some white residue but I cleaned them with some disinfectant wipes and we are all good!

Good price for these bands for a new-to-working-out person.

Not a workout buff here and no experience with resistance bands at a gym. Which is why I chose a bargain set to begin with; of course considering the generally good reviews. I'm amazed at the sheer amount of material here - 4 big, thick bands, altogether weighing several pounds. Also at the quality which appears to be quite high: no visible flaws, little smell, no mold... nothing wrong. They say it's 100% latex though I see no claim that it's layered as with the higher-cost products. But these all stretch as I think they should. And btw were delivered the next day.The only point to make is that these are advertised for "pull-up" assist BUT as the enclosed literature states, that's if you kneel in them rather than stand in them. They aren't really long enough to stand in. You can do it but that's not easy and stretches them hard. They'd have to be 50% longer for standing use, I'd guess.Altogether I got a lot for my money and the quality is good; so five stars now. These look like an excellent low-cost introduction to resistance bands, at least. In the unlikely event that these deteriorate or that I break one, I'll return with that story. But I don't think you can go wrong with these.
