Update - they contacted me to do a video call to diagnose the problem, we set up the time and date. They never called. I called and left them a message and they never called back. This was set for 8/7, my return window ended on 8/8. How convenient. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!My Grandsons were so looking forward to riding their new dirt bike and were super happy on day one. Then the 2nd time they came over to ride, it developed a fuel leak and now my son has to take it apart to figure out why it's leaking, which, of course is going to cost more money! Seriously, after spending just under $1,000 including shipping, it lasted for 1 day! I should have paid more heed to some of the negative reviews I read!

While this one doesn’t come with the required tools to assemble it, it wasn’t difficult to figure it out. The instructions could be a little better and I will definitely be upgrading a few things but my son loves it. Great little bike for the price.

Esta moto es muy fuerte todo bien pero tiene tres problemas que el vendedor debe corregir: la primera es el caliper del freno trasero el mismo día que empecé a usar la moto comenzó a botar todo el líquido de freno luego hablé con el vendedor y me enviaron un caliper nuevo cuando lo monté también al otro día comenzó a botar el líquido nuevamente en fin es que lo estoy usando sin freno trasero, el otro problema es el carburador siempre bota gasolina por la manguera del respiradero siempre está botando gasolina, y el otro problema es que no hay forma de poder cerrar la gasolina yo tuve que agregarle un pequeño dispositivo que compré en advance para poder cerrar la gasolina siempre que tengo la moto en mi garaje lo demás es todo bien con la moto me gusta mucho y mi hijo lo disfruta pero no tengo frenos atrás .

They filled the cylinder with oil. When it arrived it wouldn't kick because the cylinder was full of oil. Tried to contact the seller but the number on their website goes to a sex talk service. There is no way to contact the seller.Once we got the pile out of the cylinder and got the bike running the throttle keeps revving to decline randomly.I've bought these little beginner bikes in the past and had no problems. This is junk with 0 customer service.

Had a few little issues and they responded fast to get it resolved. Hands down the best customer service from them. Other companies you have to fight to get a response. With them I got a reply within a few hours and a resolution too.The bike runs good as well, pretty fast for a 110.

It's a little small for a 15 year old but he rides it may have to get bigger shocks to make it a little taller
