Doesn't really work
Very hard to get suds so as to wash formula off baby bottles. Doesn't last

All the consistency of soup!
While a refill seems a good idea, it takes a long time to manipulate the bag of washing liquid in order to refill the empty washing up liquid bottle. The plastic tap attached to the bag keeps bloking with the washing soup! Impossible force the washing liquid/soup out when squeezing the bottle, with the nozzle eventually breaking. It is a pity, had been buying the individual attitude bottles for years and was very please. The refill box is a complete waste of time, upon delivery, one would save much time by returning immediately to Amazon or disposing of safely!

Solidifies when cold
On arrival this resembled whipped cream. Not at all liquid. Warming it reverts it to a usable condition but it's useless in a cool kitchen. Keeps solidifying. No response from the manufacturers.
