Perfect for your travel bag
This goes with me, everywhere. I have a bag I carry back & forth to work that has anything I might need...a wall plug, this retractable charging cable, additional items I use for my phone, and other stuff. You never know when you are going to end up needing these things.Retractable cords are much easier to store and carry than traditional ones. They take up less space, and they don't get tangled up with other things in your bag. I bought this thing two years ago and it still works just as well as the day I bought it. Well worth the money. Very easy to slip inside a purse

Good, but only USB 2
I use this to charge my mouse and keyboard. It works great for that. But one time I used it for a large data transfer when backing up a drive, and that's when I learned this is only capable of USB 2 speeds, which is not idea. I was transferring something on the order of 1 TB, which was going to take several hours.Why is anyone making a USB-C cable at only USB 2, in 2024? That is beyond me...

I hate doing reviews like this
I’ve had this cable for several weeks but have only used it a few time. It seems like things stop working at the worst times. I was using it to charge my phone overnight when I had my phone set to a 5:30 am wake up, It failed to charge. There is no reason a cable should ever fail, but this one did. More junk, a waste of money. It seems there are a lot of companies that just make junk for a quick buck then move on to scam the public on another product. Why don’t they just make it to last.

Easy to use
I got it for my car so I would not have loose cords. Its neater and sc tays as attached. It's even ling enough so I do not have to unplug at starbucks to pay!

Decent Retractable USB to Type C Connector
When I got my new Note 8 phone, I discovered that it used a type C USB cable. I promptly got a wireless charger, but I was still faced with the problem of getting my photos and videos onto my laptop.I had a retractable USB to micro-USB connector, so I went searching for USB to type C cord. I decided upon this one, and it works well.If I could make one change, I'd wish for a slimmer case. My old retractable had a much slimmer look and was more compact than this one. However, this one works fine, so I can't really complain.
