It might be worth it
I have had a lot of ear problems with my ears over the year and I wanted to get a clear picture of what was going on inside my ears. The digital Ocoscope does a great job at giving you a clear picture of what goes on inside my ears. The picture is great quality and I like the fact that you can actually record what I see inside my ear for when I go to the doctors. I gave this machine a low rating because although the video is great the overall quality of the rest of the machine is junk and not well made for the price I paid for the machine.

I wouldn't buy it again
It made my ears bleed with the scooper. I returned it. Quality photo and video. The left side was hard to do.

Easy to Learn, Great Images
My sis has been the go-to person to check our ears for decades. All of her children had chronic ear problems while growing up so her experience is extensive. Her old analog otoscope has helped to avoid needless DR visits. I bought this for her and gave it to her two days ago to confirm the otoscope functioned as described. Well, she called and said it is the best gift ever and everyone has been checked and have seen the inside of their own ears!! She said the images are wonderful and so clear. She is very happy with it and all the accessories that came with it.

Convenient and easy to use
Since there is no 3rd party app and it's just a plug-and-play, it makes the product convenient and easy to use anywhere. I purchased this to help with any issues that appear in the ear. Such as: Clogged ear wax, pimples and etc. It's a good way to properly figure out what is occurring in your ear. It works even better if someone assists you.

Amazing quality and features
This octoscope is amazing. The screen is big, clear and easy to use. The 3 brightness levels and zooming capabilities are really nice features. The attachments are nice and help when trying to clean, scoop or grab something. This thing really has a nice quality feel to it, doesn’t feel cheap. Honestly seems like the same quality you would see in a medical office.

Great!
I had a stapedectomy in my left ear. I tend to only use my washcloth on my left ear to clean it. As such, I get some cerumen buildup. I'm always so afraid of using cotton swabs in my ears because you're really not supposed to. I fill my ear with oil (castor, olive or avocado oil) and let it sit for up to an hour. This softens the wax. Then, I use this to effectively clear out the softened cerumen. I like that I can see what I'm doing so I don't mess up my inner ear. My son has always had excessive cerumen and I use this on him also. Great product!

not new one
Well, mine was delivered in the distressed box and it was definitely not new inside.I suspect it was the returned item or something, which is a bit irritating especially for the product you need to put into your body. This one would be a great choice for looking into the ear compared to those that uses your phone or ones with smaller sized screens. The screen size makes it very easy to navigate your otoscope inside your ear, and the quality of display is decent as well. For the price, I think it's worth it if you get the new one.So good performance for the product itself.

Really amazing what you can get for $70 including tax
The tip has a light on it and it does get warm. Just like the other day. But use the speculum cover don't even notice it. I would be very weary about using the extension tips for cleaning because it goes well beyond the camera view and would be easy to puncture Tempanic membrane it's different than if you're using a proper speculum and you're putting the instrument through itBut as a diagnostic tool I cannot imagine anything better and I've seen Ford and $500 or more camera systems. The fact that this does not use a 3rd party app on your phone that wants to track everything. Great value. 7inch easy to use screen.

Otoscope with camera
Pros ✅Very easy to set up and use.Large display to give a very clear look at your ear canal.4 wax removal tools included - I was skeptical that they would work but they are very effective.Compact carry / storage case.Reasonably priced.Cons ❌This must be used with care, I have been trained in ear syringing and know how easy it is to damage the ear drum so would urge caution. I didn’t notice warnings in the packaging.I’m not sure of why there is a need for taking videos or images but there is a SD card included if you wish to keep photos of your inner ear.4 stars from me.I hope you find my review helpful 😊

Professional piece of kit
The media could not be loaded. This digital otoscope from Zealtron is not far off being a professional piece of kit. In fact, it appears to be very similar to the device used by my local GP when I last visited. It is well-designed and well-made from premium materials. It looks durable and robust, and I should think, with proper care, it will last for many years. The screen image is excellent as is the quality of the produced videos and still pictures. Some have remarked that there are issues with focusing but I have had no problem in this regard, though it does take a little practice to guide the camera into focus, especially when using it on oneself. The instructions are pretty basic and not the best, however, it is pretty intuitive and self-explanatory in use, and I found it very easy to operate and to understand the controls and set-up. As well as the small tools and shields, I was impressed to note that it also included a 32Gb SD card. It’s also really nice to have a such useful effective device that works well without needing to use a mobile phone or download apps or software to a PC.It goes without saying that great care should be taken when inserting any object into the ear, or indeed any bodily orifice, but there’s a strong argument that an otoscope such as this is much safer since you can clearly see the eardrum and any other danger or obstruction in real-time and so avoid injury and damage. Obviously, this device is not just confined to investigating ears and can be used in various situations where you would otherwise be unable to see. These days, when getting to see a doctor face-to-face is becoming increasingly challenging, it is a real benefit to be able to send a photo or video of a condition or symptom which may be causing concern. So not just for cleaning ears.

Multi use
If you ever wanted to look inside your ear, up your nose or at the teeth in your mouth this is the device for you. Though I really could have done with this device while our pet dog was alive.I liked the card at the very top of the packaging informing of the need to fully charge the device before use.It comes in a handy storage case with all the tools and power lead, which is a USB. There is also a USB connection to the wand that contains the camera and small LED lights. The wand is metal easy to grip and should be easy to clean and sterilise between uses. It also has a robust strap to keep the wand and cable neat and tidy when not in use.The real benefit of this otoscope over those that render the camera image onto an app on one's phone is the large format screen. That said trying to get the orientation of the camera image to where it feels to be inside the ear, nose or mouth takes some getting used to. The picture is sometimes not as clear as I would have hoped but I think this is a matter of practising with the position to get the right focus. There are six buttons and they are quite intuitive as to their purpose. The top button provides a menu of options that allows, navigating by the arrows on the next three buttons, to change the settings. I looked through here and it was set to how I would use this device. The bottom button turns the device on and off.I can see the real benefits of the feature that allows images to be captured. Now that it can be difficult to see a doctor if one has a problem with one's ear the ability to take a short video of the inside of the ear, nose, mouth, etc. and email it to the doctor for their professional opinion could be useful. As mentioned above, this device would have been ideal when we had a pet dog that often suffered from an ear infection. Taking the dog to the vet to have his ears examined always turned into a drama and often resulted in a failure of the vet to be able to look inside the ear. With this device, we could have carried out an inspection at home while he was calm, recorded that inspection, and then shown it to the vet. I am certain this would have been better for the dog, the vet, and ourselves. While this device is not inexpensive if you have the application this is a worthwhile device to own. I can also see some use for DIY purposes but I will not go into that. The only thing I would be wary of is using the small silicon spoon-like device that clips onto the end of the wand to mine one's ear wax. I would be concerned that if they came off while performing this operation they would be lodged in one's ear canal!

Neat device that's easy to use. Nice and clear video and pictures quality.
The next level rechargeable otoscope that comes with its own screen that looks like something a professional would use.I have had a few of the wi-fi types that connect to the phone, whilst they were working fine, this is easier to use as it is not dependent on other devices. The 7 inch screen is big, so you’ll get a nice and clear view of the ear/nose or anything else that you need to use it for. This neat wireless ear wax remover comes with several different sized ear spoons. Everything is well packed inside a sturdy case. Inside, you’ll get a 7 inch Monitor, 3.9mm camera probe, detachable bracket, user manual, 3 specula, 4 ear picks, USB charging cable and an easy to follow instruction manual. A 32GB memory card is also included in the package, which is nice.It is charged through a USB cable which is great as it can be charged wherever there is a USB port. It has an IP67 waterproof rating which means it can be cleaned easily under the tap or using alcohol wipes. The ear wax remover is very good. It feels premium and has several different shaped ear spoons to fit your needs. The video quality is solid. You can take pictures and also record your voyage of discovery inside the ear.I would only recommend ear wax removers if you are confident in your ability to not damage your ears. If you are then this product is a definite must buy but if not, you can try other methods or seek professional help. It’s available on Amazon for £69.99 (at the time of writing), which seems like a fair and reasonable price to pay for it.

Very impressed with this item
I had Covid a month or so back and since then I've reduced hearing, particularly in my right ear. I assume it's some yukkie mucus or wax build up. Anyway, was quoted £75 for what used to be free via NHS. This item then popped up as an alternative at just the right time.I'd tried a cheap £20 App based approach and worked on one ear but not so well on the other. Lots of App connection issues - not too user friendly on the set up. Anyway, this Zealtron is a whole different ballgame. App not needed. The image goes straight to the monitor. It looks very professional and seems crazy good value. The whole package just works amazingly well. The monitor needs charging first time, but you can quickly get up and running having it charge and in use same time via the mains. Plug in the USB camera thing and the whole world of your inner ear kingdom opens up.It has similar challenges as my cheaper one in that it gets distracted by ear hairs and occasionally goes out of focus, but it's just much better. My only issue with the right ear, the problem one, is the blockage seems too deep and my inner ear seems to have a bit of a u bend thing going on and I can't see or access the blockage. If I try moving around too much or too deep it can be painful. Bummer! Nevertheless, for people without inner ear hairiness or a u bend this is a great bit of kit. Sorted one ear, just couldn't get to the second blockage, tho cleared some. This is likely to do with my ears and not the actual kit itself. You can adjust the lighting and there are several different 'tools' to fix to the camera end.So a recommendation from me, and doubly so for the current discount price running (Nov 2022). PS you even get a 32GB mini SD card for recording ... watch the movie later - haha!
