Good product
It gets the job done. Very comfortable to the stomach. No hard cramps. Just make sure to drink lots of water and take it everyday preferably at the same time. I drink it about 7pm.

Effective probiotic

Works almost to well!
This is a probiotic that I notice if I do not take it I do not have much movement, when I do take it the movement is a lot! Sometimes to much, Jury is still out if I will keep taking it, it can cause issues if you need to be someplace and can not get out of the bathroom!!!!

Great for GLP 1 users
This is a great product. I've been using it once a day for 4 months and on a GLP 1 . It's really kept my gut health clean. Highly recommend!!
