Quality. There were no evident scratches or wear except on packaging. New remote with it. Batteries, instructions, warranty info on-line.

This product works great and I haven run into any issues with it so far. the only problem is some tape marks on the console which are extremely easy to remove and some very small scratches you have to squint to see. the next generation consoles are hard to find for a decent price anywhere so this was a great deal. the console has no performance issues and most high graphic games look absolutely perfect, along with extremely fast load times and quick resume. I recommend purchasing a high quality tv or monitor for this console because if your tv isn't capable of higher graphics setting like 1440p-4k and 120fps you wont get the same amazing graphics. most of the time 4k monitors with features like 120hz are extremely expensive ranging from 800-1,200$ so i recommend buying monitor with 1440p resolution with capable specs just because those are hundreds cheaper and are almost just as good.

The features look Amazing and it came in great shape no scratches on it or anything looks brand new!

I’d leave zero stars if I could. The box looks like it’s been thrown around also the Xbox itself is defective. Tried different HDMI’s all ultra high speed and three monitors. My series s works fine with all of them. Don’t buy this.

I have had this Xbox for about a week now and have experienced more issues than with my old one. This Xbox is very slow and glitchy. Sometimes it restarts on its own. I did not realize it was a refurbished Xbox until after I had purchased it. I would not recommend.

The box the package arrived in was squished and dented as is it be thrown around or had heavy objects piled on it. It was ripped open on one side exposing the Xbox carton inside.the Xbox carton has minor damage and wear. I was worried the console was damaged. The carton was taped. And the original round seals around the opening flaps were already broken. All parts were in the package. Luckily the Xbox is undamaged and working. It was obvious that UPS cares nothing for the packages they are transporting and deserve bad reviews. All around the Xbox is good minus transport.
