Good quality R-ALA for the money.

I was very happy with this product and was very disappointed when I needed to order 2 more bottles Of R-ALA lipoic Acis that Amazon no longer carries it!! Please add it back to your stock of product..I have neuropathy in my feet and without it my feet are very painful...It worked and was affordable!

These were somewhat effective but not great. I had some pain relief but not a lot.

Recently I got a bad blood work report. Elevated blood sugar. It was time to get serious. Using this with a low carb, low processed food diet. Very little fruit due to fructose. 3 months later bs is great. For me, diet is key..then exercise, then some supplements to assist. This is one of them. I researched r-ala prior to buying. I use half of one every morning in my kefir shake. IF YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR HEALTH, NOT MUCH ELSE MATTERS.

Good product. I am a repeat purchaser. I am not sure it works but my doctor tell me it is. Be careful of heartburn while taking this. Make sure to take it with food to help that.
