This tv works well
I have this TV for about 3 months now, it seems to work pretty consistently well, the only issues I've ran into has been with the wifi timing out and disconnecting at times, I have a fiber line and pretty well connection all throughout the house, but for some reason this tv will randomly disconnect for moments at a time. The picture quality is very well for the pricing, sound is alright, but you get what you pay for.

Love the LG Brand
Very happy with the purchase of the new TV. We have LG TV’s throughout our home and one of our old Roku TVs needed replacing. We needed to upgrade to a newer set and knew the LG would be compatible to our condo’s service. The set was carefully hand delivered up to our door by the delivery man. It was perfectly packaged without any damage to the box or contents. It was super easy to set- up, too. Love this brand.

Run away - choose anything else. LG products are questionable
I am not sure I have ever been more frustrated with a product! I set the TV up turned it on seemed to be fine but then the troubles began. There is what seems to be a really cool feature called LG channels. It seems to think for a long time, but will eventually get there. 1 - Two days later the app keeps resetting to free up more memory. 2 - When I went to the LG website to register my product, it cannot find the model of my TV. The model number is on the front of the owners manual. I have double checked many times to make sure I am inputting it correctly. 3 - Part of the registration process is to input your phone number. When you try to do this it formats the phone number incorrectly and you cannot fix it. It is a required field, so therefore you cannot register the product. 4 - when trying to get customer service you need to input the model number. See above. 5 - so I tried to live chat. The hours are Monday through Sunday 8 AM to 8 PM. It is 10:30 AM. A message comes back that says live. Chat is unavailable as it is outside of the appropriate hours. How am I supposed to get this situation resolved?! This does not give me confidence in this product when I’m having multiple problems. Their website is garbage, the picture of the TV seems good. But everything else seems to be garbage. Don’t buy this TV!!!!!

LG loads TV remote is a pain
The LG works fine, but it is loaded with streaming apps and you have to turn the unit on with the TV's remote, then click on the remote twice to get to the Xfinity channels. After that, you can use the Xfinity remote to switch channels, use the mute and adjust the volume. Very irritating because there is no way to delete all of the streaming channel tabs that I don't want to use. I tried connecting the unit to wi-fi but that didn't fix the problem. So I disconnected the wi-fi because I don't want to let LG and its clients exploit or track my viewing activities and put my identity at risk.
