Do I have to wash this before use?

I washed the blanket before 1st use and it made it fluffier. Otherwise it will look flat when you first open the blanket from packaging.

It's nice... but deeply wrinkled, even after washing, line-drying, air-fluff... how can the wrinkles be removed?

I love this. I washed it on delicate setting & dried it on delicate-low for 30 minutes. It will still be a little damp. Hung it over my washer for a while until fully dried. I have washed it twice and no wrinkles either time.
