Me sorprendió lo bien que funciona. La mantequilla se mantiene suave y fresca durante más de una semana. El único problema fue que cuando la mantequilla casi se había acabado, se cayó del recipiente al agua. Como es la primera vez que uso, intentaré empacar la mantequilla un poco más fuerte la próxima vez.
