If your serious about light therapy you need 15,000 Lux. The ones I tried that were 10,000 Lux were not bright enough to make an impact on my mood. Aside from the theraputic use of this panel it makes a great light at the bedside stand. It has color warmpth and diming features and controls are right up front, visible and easy to use on the panels face. It can set ambience in a room. It is light weight and its size and thinness make it easy to pack with my laptop. This is the only panel I tried that exceeded my expectations.

The item was exactly how it was explained. I love it and use it everyday.

The light sometimes goes on all by it self.

I got this to put in the tablet holder on my exercise machine. It slides in perfectly (upside down, but whatever). I only use the initial light color and top brightness (I've been doing light therapy for years), but it is great that it comes with other options. Does the trick, and now I can multitask getting my therapy while I work out. The buttons are almost TOO sensitive.

I love this lamp, but I couldn't find any information about the UV spectrum, and decided to order a test to determine how much UV the lamp emits. So, the test showed that there is no UV there, that is, the first "window" on the test should have shown that UV is present in the light, and the second "window" should have shown the level. In general... it seems that this is not even a therapeutic lamp, but an ordinary lamp.I don't know how many stars to give. I bought the lamp a week ago, and it works, and it is really very bright, I don't even use the maximum level. But I think I just bought a rectangular lamp 😄

I often feel blue in the winter when the sun sets at like 5pm and this light therapy lamp helps a lot with improving my mood during the dark hours. I like that it looks elegant and is very simple to use. I can choose between three different colors and adjust the brightness levels too. It’s a bit bigger than my kindle and light enough to be carried around the house. It brightens both the room and my mood!

There are days I rarely get sun and especially now that winter is approaching this is a must! The light is very powerful and has multiple settings. Using it even for a few minutes makes me feel very alert! I am seeing if this helps my sleep but so far its been good for daytime energy.

This light looks like it is of good quality and has what seem to be useful settings. However, the instructions are almost nonexistent. Basically, it tellls you to plug it in and nothing else. I had to search for where to attach the power supply to the light.. It doesn't tell you what the different colors are for, how long is best for your purposes, what the different brightnesses are for, absolutely nothing! If you're not familiar with these things, I'd suggest buying one that gives better instructions.
