Perfect for lifting patients
This transfer belt has not only saved my back, but has made lifting much easier. It is very good quality and works as instructed. The transfer sling has plenty of padding so it doesn't hurt your back, there is also padding on the handles to protect your hands from pinching or burning while lifting your loved one. It is extra wide which also helps when the person is not small. I found it extremely useful for me as a caregiver, especially because it saved my back

Finally—a comfortable transfer sling!
It is very useful for lifting and transferring elderly people out of bed more safely. This product has made it very easy for me to help my mother get out of bed, out of the chair and even out of the bathroom. It is a great tool when caring for someone who is unable to get up on their own. I highly recommend it.

Perfect for lifting out of bed and chair settings
This lift was very lightweight and easy to use. Was able to lift both out of a laying position and a sitting position with ease.

My mom is parapalegic
Tried this on my completely disabled mother and I do not recommend. I tried lifting her and she slid out and fell on the ground. It was very bad. My mother is 5'5, 128lbs of DEAD weight. She needs daily living assistance. Her arms and legs do not work therefore she slid out of this device and it did kind of hurt my back. I do not recommend

Good, but way more than we needed
There are probably folks who need all the straps that are permanently attached to this thing, but we're not those folks. The item has maximum flexibility, with multiple handles and a built-in gait belt, but too many handles, and we don't need the belt just to get up and down off the toilet. With all the straps hanging everywhere, it can't really be worn around and can only be attached prior to sitting or standing, so it's difficult to manipulate in a hurry if the subject has to use the toilet quickly. It seems very secure, but we stopped using it after only a couple of times due to its complexity.

Garbage
Used it once and the seams started ripping, scared me and the patient. It’s not like they even weigh a lot for that to happen. Find something better than this.
