I recently discovered single ear hose clamps. I was doing some research for a project of mine, and I found these. They are perfect for my project. These are strong clamps. NOTHING is going to come apart with these installed. The tool works very well. This is a vast selection of sizes. There's more size options than I will probably ever use, but it's nice having options.

As title says I bought the 8.8 to 10.5 for 3/8 OD tube to 1/4” ID. You cannot use thick wall tube but you should be able to fit All 1/4” ID 3/8” OD tubing sizes. I chose to use these with a Polyethylene tube and it turned out to be ideal and worked well with these clamps. Keep in mind poly-e is very durable for fridge like water line, or air line and cloudy white tube, not clear. It can be formed using a heat gun, or hot bender. Using poly-e for pc or 3d printer water lines still exhibits the colors of the coolant within the lines and with uv additive will glow when using RGB lights. Im glad that i used these clamps in this application. It looks clean and more professional. The photos show how the clamps look and the tool i chose to crimp them with from home depot. They fit in tight spaces and work well for these smaller clamp diameters. I imagine larger clamps would present leverage issues.
