yes friend，These are 2 pcs ，Left and right.

Would it fit my VW cc Rline ??

No it will not. The diameter of the pipes are smaller on VW. I originally bought this for my sister car 2012 vw golf, it was not a good fit it slid right off. So I ended up leaving them on my 2009 audi A3. The tips have 3 hooks that latch on the inside to the exhaust pipes.
