A must have for today's kitchen.
Perfect for today's kitchen. Made my day to day kitchen work so easy.very elegant look and a very decent performance. Perfect for pressure cooking or any other type of cooking. Cleaning is the best part. Hassle free cleaning. I am sharing this after about 3-4 months of use. And one thing more....the service support is at par with the best in the market.

Good product and customer services
My first electric cooker had issues, but I quickly got a replacement under warranty. The whole process was smooth, and I was well assisted by Payel Ghosh from customer service. Very satisfied with the support and the new cooker works perfectly!

Agaro Customer means no worries even for a momment
I am so happy with the Customer Care Executive of Agaro (Universal Corporation) Ms Payel Ghosh who immediately took action when my Agaro Imperial Electric Pressure Cooker stopped working and I raised complaint .She immediately got my defective product picked up and dispatched Replacement very quicky and assisted me and kept in touch all thorugh till I got the new replacement product. Very useful item and can do almost any kind of cooking.
The cooker was working nicely but suddenly stopped functioning. But I’m impressed how quickly the customer care team resolved the issue and replaced it with a new one. The cooker is easy to operate and makes life easier. Will surely recommend.

Ideal for bachelors. “Safety” and “Warm Food” when required
I have been using it for the past 6 months. It is just a pressure cooker with 2 extremely great benefits for bachelors/working professionals.First benefit is that, once you have everything ready, you can set the timer and leave the house without any worry of the whistle (like in regular gas cooker) or any other safety issues. I am a working professional and I cook “Dal” and “Rice” “together” inside it and when I return in the evening, everything is cooked to perfection.Second benefit is that the keep warm function keeps the food at just the right temperature when it is time to eat. Also when I return home I can have one glance at the timer and know if there was any power cut during the day(because if there were any, there would be no timer on the cooker and I can open the cooker and check if the power cutoff was before or after the food was cooked.)I have deducted 1 star only because the cooker does not RESUME after a power cut. Hence if you have set a cooking timer off 2 hours (leave the house) and there is a power cut(even for 1 second) during that period, then the food will remain uncooked (on your return). I should have a functionality like modern washing machines which resume the washing after a powercut.Also a final review on the customer care team. Recently my cooker started malfunctioning and I contacted the customer care for support. “Payel Gosh” form the customer care team handled the situation effectively and replaced my cooker with a new cooker within 3-4 days.
