I wish I knew about these sooner to tackle my carpal tunnel. It is seriously my crack to my addiction.My carpal tunnel is relatively bad. The numbness when doing more intricate activities such as painting and screwing in a screw driver. The pain at night. The whole arm flaring up. These have helped a lot with pain relief as well. I pair these with a vitamin B6 complex to support my nervous system. I definitely feel less depressed and more willing to do things I usually have a hard time doing!

My experience with this product has been surprising. I've used various supplements for many years, and have come to understand that when a product is preventing a problem, I may not be aware of its effects, until I stop using it and then find out the hard way that it really was working. It has the other ingredients necessary for the circumen to work. Also note, this product is not intended to reduce all kinds of pain. I can state with confidence, however, that it really helps joint pain associated with ageing where no joint disease is present. Easy to swallow, no taste. Great product!
