The first time I tried the pads was eye opening. Not sure how it works but leaving them on overnight was so easy and the pads were black when I removed them in the morning so I do believe it takes out the toxins in your body. The only problem for me is that the 10 pads, using 2 pads at a time for five applications is costly. Also on the package it says it’s recommended to do it five nights in a row, which is even more costly than spreading it out with a few days in between which is the way I would use them.

We used these as directed and wow. Let me start by saying they are simple to use but be warned they were pretty gross the next morning.For me they weren't very comfortable to sleep with but I don't normally sleep with anything on my feet so that could be my own issue, but they did what they say they will do, they stick well and didn't come off or move during the night. Removing them was easy and again, they were pretty gross taking off. Thankfully they don't really smell so that was a plus.Sorry I did not take a photo because, well, number one they were disgusting, and number two I didn't think about grabbing my phone to do so that early in the morning.I'm giving them 4 stars simply for comfort reasons but I do recommend trying them for yourself and seeing the results.

The minute I wake up I notice that I feel Better. You can see the bad stuff they remove from your body. I do not want to run out of these.

Tried this saw the black on the pad after use, added water to another pad , it went black too, the pads on my body were black and shiny because of the oils on skin, the other one wasn't shiney because the water i added to it doesn't contain oil, duh, I got taken , total scam

Not only did I rest well, but I've had pain in my foot for years and it has subsided in the first five days. I have ordered more. Thank you.
