Perfect!
I only got 1 key when I bought my car then it broke. These plus the dealership who agreed to cut my keys very cheaply made it so I didn't just have a new key but also a spare! Works perfectly, buttons are a little stiff at first but understandable so. And they fit in the keyhole on the handle Incase the fob battery died. As soon as the key was cut my dad was surprised at how easily I got both programmed in the parking lot on the way out and I did that part myself in less than 5 minutes and was back on the road. These are perfect for a fast and easy replacement and I'd highly recommend instead of ordering 1 replacement for 50+ at home Depot or wherever you go

I bought these back in 2023 and both of them are still working perfectly on my 13 equinox 2.5 years later.

Work
Easy to program, work well, but they have a small gap in them no matter how hard you try to prevent it. used black silicone to fill the gap

Inexpensive and Easy Key Fob Duplicate/Replacement
I have a 2011 Chevy Equinox and only had one key to my vehicle. My 1 year old granddaughter who was teething decided to use it for a teething ring one day and completely chewed off the covering to the lock side of the key fob. The dealership was going to charge me around $250 per key fob for a replacement. I was able to locate this generic key fob for my car that actually came in a 2 pack for less than $30. I took it to a local locksmith who only charged me $30 per fob to cut the key and was even generous enough to program the keys by using my original key fob and simply turning on the car for about 10 seconds (not cranking), turning the car off and turning the car back to the on position with new key for about 10 seconds. In less than a 15 minute process I had 2 new keys cut and programmed and had saved over $400!!! I definitely recommend this item an efficient and inexpensive way to duplicate or replace a key fob.

Buttons stopped working after 2 weeks
I have a 2011 Chevy Equinox and I purchased these fobs, like everyone else, in hopes of saving some money. I went and had a local locksmith cut and program them for $75. After about a week in, I noticed the fob buttons being less and less responsive. I'd have to push the buttons a couple times for them to actually work. After the second week the buttons just stopped working completely. So I decided to do a little trial and error. To start, I put new batteries in both of them. Nothing. I started thinking my vehicle was the issue, so I got the original factory fob, it worked just fine...STILL thinking it was my vehicle being the issue I took it back to the locksmith that cut and programed it for me. They hooked up their device to the OBD II and could not find an issues with the vehicle, nor could they reprogram the two fobs again. They came to the conclusion that these "chips" inside are cheap as hell. I've been reading other reviews with the same complaints. Sometimes you get what you pay for. I got what I paid for when I had the locksmith cut and program the keys. As for the fobs, that's a different story...I've also read reviews where people got these and they still work after a many months, rock on. You lucked out. What will your luck be? You've been warned.

Only one key will work, the other sets the alarm off.
Only one key fob worked. The other did not. The key fob that did work - has a very short remote range. No more than 20 ft. The other key fob would start the car but would set off the alarm whenever you tried to lock it. The unlock button didn’t work. The only reason it got a three is because at least it’s 1 key for cheap money. Good in a pinch. Easy to program for my 2014 Chevy Equinox.

Easy peasy
I'm p excited at how easy this was to program. The locksmith I paid says it's extra $150 to get one these made and programmed by them. So u save a lot just by stick in your old key then the new. Immediately I was 2 new sets of keys happier than the lady a hour ago w 2 sets but broken off unlock and lock keys. I pad my local locksmith $60. $30 s cond key. $90 total plus I tipped the guy knowing I save $150 if just called them for this. And that's 1 key not 2 no Chevy symbol on them but hey who cares ,i was open the door set off my alarm use the key in the door and ppl.wete look at me like im steal my own car so ,happy its fixed x2
