This really works! I take 3 before bed and in the morning I’m going! No cramping. It’s very gentle. I used to take miralax for many years and wanted a more natural laxative. From someone that has had constipation issues my whole life,I highly recommend this product!!!

This was recommended to me in lieu of miralax as a natural alternative for my child. It works quickly and efficiently with no side effects. I would recommend trying a smaller dose to start and see what happens though. I had my mother in law try it recently because she gets backed up from her chemo. While it typically takes overnight to work, it woke her up from a dead sleep and had her going every hour for 12 hours, granted she hadn't gone in a week. So, while it's a 5 star product I believe they should have a variable dosage for some.

Great for anyone using a GLP-1. No stomach pains either which is amazing! Highly recommend but make sure to start low and go up if you need it. I think for some people only 1 or 2 would be needed. I take 3 of them and that works best for me. It works quickly and truly makes you feel cleansed.
