Bought as a present I am informed this cream actually works and the results are visible and effective pretty much immediately. All good; a great product priced sensibly.

I got hooked on the snail stuff from my previous forays into Korean skin care and got this originally to used on my hands, and it's great for that. It's a thick cream, but it soaks in quickly and well and doesn't leave a greasy or heavy feeling. However, what I really love it for is my legs. I tend to get ezcema on my shins and one day I just put this on them because they were itching and didn't notice til the end of the day that....they didn't itch anymore. And the skin wasn't flaking. So now I use it on my legs, and I haven't had an eczema outbreak in a long time. It's cheap too and last forever. I like to keep a back up stocked up because it works so well.
