One of the best kitchen & food purchases on Amazon. Once I said "no more plastic!"...
... I looked high and low for SETS of glass storage containers with lids. This was too good to pass up and it has served its purpose so well. I live in a tiny studio apt, have a tiny refrigerator, and I needed to maximize what I could fit in the fridge, stacked... and also use for FOOD PREP, to cook ahead for a few meals, then store for later heating in refrigerator. LIDS WORK GREAT and stay clamped! Yet easy to unsnap and open. So much easier than round pyrex ware. Also, for me, I didn't want the typical overpriced Pyrex "sets". Pyrex always makes its money by deception -- by providing a "collection" of 4 or 5 sizes, where only 1 or 2 are daily driver useful to you, others are all for special occasions. And they cost an arm and a leg. Once you ditch PYREX, you never go back. To get 3-6 items of a specific size, they don't ever offer multi-packs like Bayco does. You can get a max of 2 heavily overpriced items. It's the MULTIPLES that count ... I preferred to purchase this bayco set for a good "medium size" purpose; the I had to find 2 other multipacks -- one for larger dishes (like, 4 of the same kind), and 4 tiny containers for lemons, butter, for small leftovers etc. I'm a guy; and I've got ADHD, and so managing all this stuff and eating well is hard. But these essential tools pay dividends for years. Investments for sure -- but not outrageously priced to begin with. Oh, and they clean up easily, much easier than large plates and round containers that monopolize this sink. RECOMMENDED.

Durable, Use Daily
I have had this set for five years. They work great to freeze left overs or large batches of soup, or to store food in the refrigerator. Work great in the microwave. No sign of wear whatsoever. I choose to hand wash the lids - simple. They stack inside my cabinets. I would buy these again.

I have loved these!
We have been trying to get rid of plastics that we put food on and plastic that we heat up. So we made the switch to glass storage for our kids lunch boxes. I was worried they would be heavy and clunky, but they're great. The kids really like them. I'm so glad we made the switch. They are thick enough that they don't break easily, but they are sick. My only complaint is that I wish you could stack them easier for storage. If you leave the lids off and stack them in each other, they cling to each other more than I'd like. I get worried that they'll get stuck or chip each other. So I have to store them with the lid on stacked on top of each other. It takes more room than I would like, I have very little cupboard space. But they are worth it We love to use them to meal prep too. As soon as dinner is over we break up all the leftovers for tomorrow's lunches and place them in the glass containers. Kids wake up , grab a container, and pack the rest of their lunch. It's been great

I’ve had these for 2 years and I highly recommend them.
Okay I’m gonna sound like a real nerd here because I bought these 2 years ago, but reviews have saved me money in the past, so I’m doing this for y’all: I bought these in 2022 for meal prep and I love them so much it was actually worth it to come back 2 years later to say that you really won’t regret buying these. I was reading an article about PYREX vs Pyrex today and came back here to see what type of glass these are. Everything made of tempered lime is going to the trash due to its tendency to explode. These ARE made of the superior heat resistant borosilicate glass that is not known to shatter, which they have conveniently listed directly in the listing! I have used these containers daily for 2 years and I can confirm I have not broken a single one. Not even a chip. I have straight up abused these, throwing them in the back of cars, in backpacks that get dropped or abused. The only damage to any of them is caused by me microwaving the lids, which they clearly state that you shouldn’t do, so that is my fault entirely, but even those lids still work perfectly. I haven’t even noticed a minor weakening with the clippy parts. They’re all in perfect condition. Also idk if it’s the type of glass or what, but they’re insanely easy to clean. Buy these. They’re perfectly one-meal sized and I’ve gotten my house in the habit of packing leftovers into these and now we all have food for work without extra work! I recommend getting 2 packs even for just one person. If you make a big meal and run out, you get so comfortable with having rtg leftovers that the stuff that isn’t prepped into meals starts getting ignored.

Nice containers
I got these so I could basically keep a "salad bar" in my fridge for easy and healthy lunches. I love that they are glass so you can easily see what is inside. The size is perfect for most of my salad fixings (can of chickpeas, bag of shelled edamame, etc). I also like the size for making my salads when I bring them in to work. They only reason I took off 1 star is that I often struggle to close the lids - you have to really line them up just right and still it can be difficult sometimes for me to secure the latches. But otherwise these are great containers for salad items, bringing lunch to work, or storing leftovers.

Feels like a luxury item built to impress
I love the quality of it! it comes impressively packed so no damage and the lids are very secured and sealed once locked on! The glass dish and plastic top are both built with strong thick and impressive materials respectively. Looks neat when stocked on top of each other in the fridge. Glad I bought it.

Great for lunch boxes.
I can use use a real knife and fork with these! These fit my lunch box perfect and hold enough food to satisfy my gluttony habits. Haha. They are glass and will break when dropped. We use them to store left overs in the fridge. They are microwave safe, however, I do open the sides when cooking food in them. I keep the lid on when cooking in the microwave. Just with the sides unlocked. The lids do not get stained from spaghetti grease... well a tiny bit, but comes off in the dishwasher. Completely dishwasher safe. I have recently bought a second box and the lids were slightly different, but work the same with the same results with new and old glass, so all good. As previously stated you can use a real knife and fork with these. My previous lunch box tubs were plastic from a name brand and they would eventually Crack at the scratches from the knife cutting my food. Thses glass ones do not have this problem. I had to replace the plastic tubs much sooner due to cracking than these due to dropping. I am way ahead with these.

Good containers. Perfect for single-serve portions
Review for: Bayco 10 Pack Glass Meal Prep Containers, Glass Food Storage Containers with Lids, Airtight Glass Lunch Bento Boxes, BPA-Free & Leak Proof (10 lids & 10 Containers) Overall: Good containers at an affordable price I was looking for a good quality single-serve glass containers, preferably square but rectangles were ok, and at an affordable price. These containers checked-off all my needs. At the time of my purchase, they cost $30. Breaking down the cost, $3 per container. Once I received the containers, the box had them well packaged with Styrofoam separations to avoid any damage in the box. The size is great for a single-serving, although some might argue that portions may vary from person-to-person. Nonetheless, I typically don't fill it up all the way to the top. For storage, I typically stack them in the refrigerator, and their height and size allows me to easily fit them in my refrigerator without much trouble. I haven't had troubles with washing and drying them, yet. I hand wash them. The seal seems good and the snapping mechanism seems sturdy. At first, aesthetically, I personally didn't like the thick colored rims and sides in the lid, but I've grown accustomed to them. They look fine. I would buy this product again and would recommend this to others looking for items that match my previously stated descriptions.
