Impressed and Satisfied!
This bassinet is so nice! Its aesthetically pleasing, easy to put together, and easy to fold up for storage or traveling.I set it up by myself in about 7minutes at 33weeks pregnant! The parts click together really easy, its nice and sturdy, and it folds up SO EASILY! Just pull the two locks up on each side and it folds! The music box is okay, I like that I can play music through the bluetooth from my phone. It'll shut off after about 20mins so it isn't a long term sound machine. I already have a really good quality sound machine so it isn't a big deal to me. I also like that the sound machine the bassinet comes with has a temperature reader! It did smell of chemicals once opend but every product will. Thatll go away with a quick wash of the sheet and matress cover, wiping down the bassinet with warm water and baby luandry detergent, and then left outside to air dry and air out. Overall I really like this bassinet and I'm excited to use it for my baby girl!

Great product but does not work for our babe
Item is great quality and does what it says however does not rock or vibrate - which unfortunately is the only thing that keeps our babe asleep. We wish it did work out for us but we did return it.Pros: Smaller in size, 5 minutes to set up, not to bulky and easy to maneuver through door ways, plays music and great qualityCons: does not rock or vibrate (it did not advertise that it does so, however something that we need, thermometer is off with temperature

One happy momma.
Our room is small so we wanted something that wouldn't take up too much space and this bed is it. My newborn sleeps soundly in it. The bed sits right next to mine at night and in the day time we simply lift the levers and it folds easily and stores. I also love that it's light weight so I can move it back and forth to different rooms without any strain. (Just gave birth a week ago) I have hardwood floors and I must say thus sucker is sturdy. My 3yr old has leaned on the the foldable sides a few times and it didn't give way in the tiniest bit. Great price, great build, great purchase.

Sleep consultant/RN/infant teacher and mom of 4 says yes...but IMPORTANT to know why.
I will tell it like it is.First, the few bells and whistles on this I removed...no music, no light and no thermometer required (though they won't affect the use if you like them). I liked the fact they were all on a removable side hanger...done.So I'm left with a simple attractive bassinet (love gray melange) large enough to allow freedom of movement for young infants not yet rolling over, but learning to move hands and feet in controlled ways, which is important for cognitive and physical development (reaching for hanging toys, rhythmic kicking, watching hands, etc). The mattress issue is not good...it is some sort of hard thin board with about 1/2 inch of padding, and the only support under it is fabric. Furthermore, because it folds, the mattress has a seam through the middle from side to side. Not much support. BUT that issue is remedied by putting another bassinet mattress inside and on top of the mattress it comes with. Before anybody freaks out about safety, remember that this is only for infants not yet rolling over...some roll at 8 weeks and some roll at 8 months, so the fact that an additional mattress reduces the depth of the sleeping area is irrelevant. Second, I'm not talking about soft blankets...I'm talking about a firm bassinet mattress that fits snugly inside the mesh sides of this bassinet, and does not allow baby to get between the mattress and the mesh if they were to scoot while unattended.I have had wonderful success with this otherwise sturdy, attractive, not-too-big, not-too-small bassinet...and remember this has been used 5 days/week since I purchased 3 years ago. When 1 baby grows out of it, the next baby grows in :)Happy sleep moms and dads!
