So far so good. Gives me the energy I need when I need it. I need to get on a routine schedule of taking it at the same time everyday. However not everyday do I want to go go go. So I see what I have to do first. Then I take it accordingly. And it does help to drink a full bottle of room temperature water. Disolves faster and helps get the energy you need sooner. I did experience a little anxiety when using it. But it might be because I also drink a lot of coffee. So they may conincide a little bit. One other thing I did notice. I take collagen daily and my nails were getting so long. Once I started the B-12 my nails became brittle and breaking all the time. They are always catching on everything right now. I feel like I constantly need a file.
