Fantastic value and quality
Having to replace this cooktop was a new experience. Hadn't done it before. Shopped and found this one at the cheapest price, good reviews and a coupon. Arrived on time and packaged well. Flawless in the box. Everything went well with install. Fit is perfect. Wife is pleased. Works like it should and very well. I'd say the only look twice is the wiring. Not typical for us market but instructions do make sure you know how to wire correctly.

poor product
Scratched right away, even though we used soft rag, no harsh cleaners. Doesn't heat up very fast and it takes a LONG time to cook anything, even boiled eggs. Turns on the "lock" button and "on" button very easily when wiping off. A pain in the butt. We had to buy it quite a while before making a countertop hole for it, so we could make sure it would fit and customize the hole for it. So, probably too late for a refund. I don't recommend this product.

I will not purchase second time.
It looked good and works great, but it's has been couple of months and most used areas already are scratched and not clean looking. Even though I am taking a good care of it. The Glass looks used.

A little bigger than expected
Had to bring out the grinder and make the cutout in the counter top a little bigger, it looks very nice and so far it's working ok, will update in a few weeks

Give yourself a lot of time
We are about to renovate our kitchen. I have a beautiful 36" gas cooktop in a box waiting for cabinets to be delivered. Unfortunately, our ancient coil cooktop gave up the ghost a little to soon, so we had to replace in the existing cutout until the whole kitchen could be done.Found this unit at the right price for a temporary fix. It looks ok, although the first pot I put on it left a mark that won't come off. I never expected this unit to last long at this price but thought it would actually cook. Cooktops aren't rocket science, basically have one job.Yesterday a pot of water for pasta took 1/2 hour to come to a pitiful simmer with tepid water to start and a covered pot. Today, it took 37 minutes for 64 oz of broth with 32 oz of butternut squash.In short, If you actually want to use it to cook, not just reheat, it's gonna take a while.
