Okay, so I just have to say, I'm absolutely obsessed with this bag! It's seriously the perfect size for everything I need to carry around. I love the style and how versatile it is; it goes with everything in my wardrobe. Honestly, I've been getting so many compliments every time I use it, it's unreal! ok so when reading reviews first thing i noticed was everyone stated the smell and yes when bought it the smell was very strong by the next day hardly noticeable and 2 days in completely gone. it arrived quickly and well packed. it fits so much in i easily fitted a4 documents in with out them getting creased with note book, pencil case, purse, phone, water bottle, tissues, sanitizer, keys and other bits with plenty of room it looks stunning a few people have commented how smart it looks. im only giving 4 stars because of the smell i almost sent it back because of it but glad i didn't
