Verbatim USB Corded Mini Travel Optical Wired Mouse for Mac and PC - Metro Series Purple

I am of fan of these I have been buying them for year. I like using a mouse on my laptop

This is a mini mouse for use with a laptop or limited space. The smallness could cause hand problems if it were used for hours on end instead of a full sized mouse. It has left and right buttons as well as a scroll wheel and scroll button. The cord rollup works well and the cord is reinforced well at each end. I have bought 3 and they have lasted longer than similar products. There is a choice of colors and the only demerit I can make is the green color doesn't seem to be available.

I initially loved the concept of this mouse as it would be easy to travel with while taking minimal space. After a couple trips, I found the mouse to be far too small. If the size were just a bit larger, it would be more comfortable to use. The cord does not wind up all too easily either. The concept and color are great, but it falls short in other areas for me

For me, I love this Verbatim mini travel travel mouse. The first thing I noticed when I received the mouse is that it is a very small mouse yet I did not find it too small. (I have smaller hands so find this mouse is very easy to hold and use). Because I highly suggest this mouse, below I share the reasons why I am so happy with this mouse:1) Smaller mouse - it is comfortable to hold (if you have small hands or this is a superb mouse for a child/student because it easy to fit into backpack and super reliable for children and students).2) Buttons (left and right) are solidly made and they work just as well as the BIGGER MOUSE types (maybe better).3) Smoothness of movement, scrolling, speed of mouse - This is a gentle type of mouse. For me, I found that when I use the mouse the pointer moves perfectly (no jumping around like some of the big mouse types).Scrolling this mouse - the wheel of this mouse moved up and down to scroll SMOOTHLY!Speed of mouse - When I clicked the mouse once or double click, it performed wonderfully (the speed and smoothness reminded me of an old MS Mouse that I had but in a much small size).4) Construction of this mouse - Don't let this small size fool you. For me, I compared this mouse SIDE BY SIDE with an older MS Mouse for construction and ease of clicking, double clicking etc and this mouse performed the same as my old MS Mouse (corded).**The pull out cord is THICKER and less likely to breakage than the other CHEAP Generics of retractable corded mouse types. So I tested the strength and pulled very hard on the cord and it still retracted well back into the mouse when I finished my use!5) No battery or batteries to buy EVER! For me, I do admit that I love wireless MOUSE, but they don't last as long as a corded mouse and the batteries must be changed every 3-8 months depending on which brand you choose).What I recommend to you: *If you a buying this for yourself and you have smaller hands, or if you are buying this mouse for a student or young child then this is the best retractable travel mouse to buy. This is a very high quality mouse, just smaller.If you are a person who has larger hands, (and you prefer a larger mouse) may I suggest the Microsoft Wireless Mouse 3500. (This is a superb cordless mouse and for me, I get up to seven months on one AA battery with the MS 3500 mouse. And it includes a AA Battery (only one battery is needed for this mouse).

Bought for a family member, they say it is still going strong after occasional use over the span of several years now. Cable is pretty slim so some attention should be paid to extending/collapsing the cable lead.

BELOW IS MY ORIGINAL REVEIW. I had no problem with the product it's self. Infact, I absolutely love these retractable mini mouse devices. It was the service I recieved or should say... the service I didn't recieve that was the problem. When I did get a rep after more than 2 months he or she (don't remember which)the REP was very rude and they gave me the run around. ***HOWEVER*** THEY DID EVENTUALLY GIVE ME MY ORDER AND at NO COST. YEP, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGE for my order. For that I am really happy but honestly as much as I love the product and, love getting merchandise for free it wasn't worth the stress. But I want to set the record straight.... LOVE THE MOUSE.... LOVE GETTING GETTING FREE STUFF!! FACT... I WILL PROBABLY SHOP AMAZON AGAIN.THAN YOU AMAZON FOR CORRECTING YOUR MISTAKE.AMAZON NEVER SHIPPED MY ITEM! I SPOKE TO the SHIPPING COMPANY. They said they printed a label but never gave them the package! AMAZON has no customer service number to call. If I would have known that I never would have made the purchase! They have a link where we can email them our concerns. I purchased my item on June 6th today it is August 7th and I still have never heard from them and like I said I can't even call to comp lain! or to request a refund! They haven't even replied to my emails! I used Amozon a lot but now knowing that when there's a problem I'm just out of luck and out a pocket I will never do buisness with them again. So I would think twice b4 you spend your money here. When it happens to you, just like me there will be no one to call... you'll just be out of luck ,just like me! My purchase was not from another merchant it was from AMAZON.

This ergonomic travel mouse is comfortable enough for every day use. It is lightweight, compact, and portable.

This is perfect for you guys child. Easy to use. Quality on the other hand is bad. Overtime the cord will tear. Won't last long.

Great for travel as it's compact: (top to bottom, just the mouse part, not including the cord: about 8.5cm; sideways: about 4.5cm). The cord is very thin so that's something you have to be careful with because it's not mighty strong. For daily use you don't really need to have the cord stretched out that much, maybe about 18-20cm or so. It does stretch very long, at full length, it stretches to about 76cm, or 30 inches. It retracts automatically as well if you want to shorten it, and locks into place where you want the length to be. The wheel and click buttons all work as it should.

Me gustó por el tamaño pequeño ,lo que permite tener mayor recorrido en un espacio reducido.Lo que podría mejorar es la calidad del plástico de los botones ,se siente un poco endeble pero nada grave lo tengo ya hace un año y sigue funcionando perfectamente

Overall this mouse was comfortable and worked well... for about two and a half months.After that the cable became faulty and the mouse would constantly lose its connection, until now it is basically dead. I got the mouse April 29th and it is now July 16th.The mouse is cheap, and if you need a cheap mouse in a hurry then this is still a fair value. But a piece of electronics should really last a lot longer than that.

I love this little mouse for my every day computer work. I have a small hand and it's just perfect. It replaced another mini I had for about 5 years.
