OneTigris Tipi Solo Mesh Tent

Nice lightweight tent. I’m 6’3” 180lbs and there’s just enough room for a comfortable sleep if setup well. Quality is good for the price.

I've used this for a few nights and overall think this is a good product. I like the bathtub floor - it has small vertical plastic inserts at each of the four corners that help make the floor more "vertical" and provide more space in the mesh inner. There are other similar mesh inner designs, but these vertical inserts appear to be fairly unique to the OneTigris design and I like it a lot. The mesh and zippers all work well, and I like that there is a small hook at the top of the mesh inner where a light can be hung. It's also very quick and easy to set up - stake out the four corners, insert your hiking pole into the grommet, and then stake down the hiking pole. Guylines, shock cord, tensioners, and stakes are all included which I appreciate. One watch-out - another reviewer mentioned that the tent may not be suitable for those taller than 5'10 and I'm inclined to agree. I am 5'10 and, when lying down on a 3' tall sleeping pad and in a sleeping bag, my head and feet just touch the mesh. If you're taller you'll probably need a thinner sleeping pag and/or be okay touching the mesh a bit (and hopefully not touching the outer tent material!)

good quality construction and stitching, waterproof bathtub floor and perfect size for the tentsformer poncho or other one tigris teepee-style tents. can be used easily on its own with a trekking pole and one guyline if its not rainy. comes with green aluminium Y-shape pegs and some lengths of shock cord which i think is very clever.

Small, light, compact, but cold... must bring 2 tarps with you, one for the floor(must fold the tarp up to make it small, otherwise you'll be collecting rain water and moisture), and a big tarp for your roof... on second thought, just buy a 1 man tent lmao

great value, weight is very optimal, the quality and details are very high, the size is okay for 1 person and small ammount of personal effectsI have had no issues with water, the waterresistance seems great. The bathtub floor has an excellent design. My gripes come from how well it fits the tents-former poncho, and the fact it requires you to remove the foot from your walking pole and insert the sharp tip into a small eyelet. This does not seem to be the best way to do it. It is not easy to set this up to attack to the tentsformer and have it hang from a tree. If these issues could be solved, this would be part of a perfect shelter.
