This is great for my mental health these work great to lift your mood you should start on this dose then move up easy to swollow good price I’m really happy with it

Good, capsules hard to swallow
I can't comment on the effectiveness of these as everyone is different. I've noticed a difference in my anxiety, too early to say whether it's because of l-theanine but am hopeful. What I will say is that if you have difficulty swallowing pills they're not the easiest to get down. That said I've been fine breaking the capsules and tipping them into drinks. There isn't really a taste to them.
