I received this item as a part of my membership with Amazon Vine. I have to admit that i really didnt think this would help at all. I tend to be skeptical of the different "male enhancement" products, but since this came up on Vine i figured id give it a try. At first i only took one pill a day and didnt really notice any difference, so i went to the prescribed two pills a day. At first i still didn't notice any difference but after about a week i started to notice the difference. My wife even commented on the difference so i know it wasn't just me. I was not tested before or after for actual count, but it was indeed effective in terms of total output. I didn't notice any other differences in my body in terms of energy levels. The capsules are on the larger size but they are soft and have a coating that makes them easy to swallow. They are pricey so i doubt i would continue to take them but if you are trying to have a baby, this product may be able to help. Just make sure to take the full dosage!

There is no detectable aroma or taste with these. Also has a silica capsule for moisture that you can save and use later for spices, etc. I have noticed some positive results with these especially since I’ve been producing more than usual down there! Increase in my energy is most likely from the Vitamin B12 with a hefty dosage of 100mcg per capsule. I like everything about this product especially GMP facility, FDA registered, Made in USA etc. The price is just a tad out of reach to continue every month

Helps with feeling a bit fatigued after. Also has helped maintain volume over days of 'activity' vs. not taking anything. For me you can tell a decrease in volume over a week if you do not take vs. a fairly consistent load over week... I am sure with more activity there would still be a drop off, but lets say once a day for a week is used as a baseline. As far as the pill goes I did not have any digestive distress after taking it. I will say this is more complete than other pills I have tried. It might have more benefits with them, but the one I can really measure will be volume.
