Bought this product as a Christmas gift in 2022 (though it was the previous version) and after 6 months it stopped charging hence was useless. Amazon did give me a refund and as the product had been updated I took a chance and bought a replacement, which does show the function of the product is decent. However the replaced model has just stopped working again. It appears to charge according to the lights, but after a couple of attempts to start it the 3rd charge light goes out so clearly it isn't fully charging. I am going to see if I can get another refund but will definitely not be buying another from this brand. I've just been looking at other 1 star reviews and it would seem this problem is not uncommon so my recommendation would be to avoid[REVIEW UPDATE]: I was contacted directly by the seller after publication of the above review and the customer service was outstanding. I have been sent a replacement model already and am willing to give the product another try. Have updated the review from one to three stars purely based on that customer service. Plan to update the review again after some time reusing the product

First of all I have bought several different types of water picks- the issue has been that the strength of the water was not always there- I feel this performs well however quite often it stops working and I have to shake it to get going so there is a slight concern. Why does it stop, there is the water pipe inside which moves when cleaning the teeth and gets in a position where the water can’t get and then it stops so I shake the unit and move the pipe slightly and all is well again.
