Great backup to hospital item
I usually use ones from hospital but ran out. These are a great alternative. Sturdy material and good storage size.

Purchased these for my grandmother when her bag from the hospital got a tear on the side. They work wonderfully, great price for the 3 pack.

Product is cheaply made and poorly designed
The twist valve broke in less than a week. I am new to needing nephrostomy bags and did not know how to choose from the plethora of options available. I finally decided to try the filigan 600 based on it being a mid range price. Before the valve broke I decided the bag was working and ordered a batch of 3. It came up with a delivery date undefined. It was given a 1 month range for delivery. Now I ask you, who orders nephrostomy bags that won’t show up for a month. When I took the bag off I noticed that the tube had crimped where it comes out of the bag. The piece which the tube comes out of is solid and gives no room for the tube to move - thus crimping. I am currently using the Lifev 600. Only used it for a few days now but one can see and feel the more solid construction. Where the tube comes out of the bag the piece around it is soft allowing flexibility.

Taking care of both a urostomy and a nephrostomy!
We don’t use the elastic leg strap, as it suggests, so I’d prefer to not get straps & price them less. We use a new one frequently. Our routine is to shower weekly & change the urostomy pouch, so at the same time, change out the nephrostomy bag too. We are very concerned about no infections, and probably this is over the top - but the cleanliness is working for us.

Very nice
My dad uses this for his kidney drain bag. He liked these bags better than the hospital ones

Works well
I became my mom's caretaker when she was diagnosed with a lymphoma tumor that was compressing her uterer. She had to have a nephrostomy to drain her kidney. The medical supply stores do not carry this kind where it has a valve to prevent backflow and a twist on attachment. They were easy to change. Draining was pretty easy.
