Title: Turns My Grinder Into a Hungry Beaver on Caffeine
I slapped this carving disc onto my tool and suddenly I was sculpting wood like a chainsaw artist with a vendetta. It fit like it was born for my grinder—no wobble, no fuss—just pure, glorious shredding. This thing chews through wood like it owes it money. I was expecting decent results, but what I got was a turbo-charged lumber demolition party. Honestly, I started looking around the garage for stuff I shouldn’t carve, just to test its limits. Spoiler: it’s always up for the challenge. If you're ready to feel unstoppable—and maybe just a little bit dangerous in a cool way—get this disc.

Works great !
This works very well for grinding roots down in my yard so I can mow over them. I initially bought it to try to ginds stumps in my yard but it seemed to take too long to do that type of work. On roots it worked very well. Make sure your guard is on the grinder, use both hands, and definitly use the grinder handle. Used on Oak trees, was a bit easier on more greener roots, and a little harder on old dry roots.

I purchased the wrong one because of metric system being used
Primarily my fault I guess, but after watching the videos I thought the one I purchased was for at least a 4" grinder but apparently the page defaulted to the 90mm smaller one and so it does not fit on the spindle of my 4 1/2" bosch grinder... maybe the video reviews are the 103mm version? Is the diameter of the center hole big enough for a standard 4 1/2" grinder, maybe... oh well, just a minor complaint, I haven't used it so I can't attest to quality but don't get the 90mm one if you have a regular 4 1/2 grinder. Thing is inky dinky.

Awesome, works like a miniature stump grinder.
I installed the carving disk on my least expensive angle grinder as a test. For my application I had to use a worn out cutting disk as a shim or washer on the grinder shaft first so the carving disk was tight. This thing cuts like crazy. I showed it no mercy and it still works. When it eventually wears out I will buy another one. I intend to always have one of these disks on my beater grinder for tough projects. The disk quickly ground off roots that were playing havoc with my mower. It is also being used along with other tools to get a large River Birch stump below grade so I can mow over it. Unlike a chainsaw this tool keeps on cutting where there is a little dirt. Impressive !!!Please use the guard on your grinder and appropriate safety equipment for your protection. This is not a toy and it could hurt you badly if not used properly.Update: The cutter found a piece of gravel in the stump wood. It made a terrible sound, but after prying out the stone out, it just kept on cutting as before. Next will be the pine roots in the back yard. I have gotten more than my money's worth out of this disk already, and it keeps on cutting. What a great tool.

Very solid , very handy blade for grinder.
Very solid , very handy blade for grinder. As others have stated, did not fit on grinder out of the box. I worked pretty hard to find a "work around". Mandrel that comes with grinder is too big. Be willing to jump those hoops, and Its worth it. Soo..... you decide.

Absolutely worth it
I was pleasantly surprised how well this works. There is a learning curve of just to get The correct angle and your speed correct. Absolutely were safety gear. This thing throws Little wood chips out with some velocity.. let the weight of your tool and your grinder do the work just get a good firm grip on it. I found it best to work in short one foot sections. It took me maybe 20 minutes to do these four post. And that was just me experimenting and trying to get used to the tool. With each post I got faster.

Not impressed
It doesn’t cut smooth and has a lot of kickback. Spend more and get a professional tool. This one is extremely Dangerous

Unbelievably awesome tool. It just eats stumps.
This is probably the only Chinese tool not grossly over stated. This thing is a large hand held router bit, that just eats wood. To my surprise it does not over-cut or dig into the wood, it just planes it off. I ground down probably 50 cubic inches (10 x 10 x .5 inches) of old stumps in less than 30 minutes. You have to use 2 hands and the side handle on your right angle grinder. You have to have a firm, wide leg stance to grind stumps, it will move around a lot.It fit my Makita 18V Lxt 4 1/2 / 5 In X-Lock Angle Grinder with Adapter for XLOCK to 5/8"-11 Thread Apply to Angle Grinder.I hit lots of small rocks, dirt, and sand. It is still sharp. No chips in the blades at all.Truly amazing tool, highly recommend.
