I started taking these because I'd heard all the benefits of okra helping with labor. I ended up only taking them for a week before I had my baby, so I can't say whether they helped with that or not, however, I kept taking them and realized they actually help with blood sugar regulation, constipation and keeping everything regular! They have helped SO much that I notice a huge difference if I miss a day. Plus, a brand that doesn't have fillers!? Take my money!

This is the first time I ever tried taking Okra as a supplement. From what I can tell so far, it is a good, high quality supplement. I will be able to assess more in time.

Very rare to find such a vitamin

My best friend encouraged me to try Okra tablets to help with my digestion/stomach issues. I have tried them for over 30 days and really don't notice a significant change. I suspect for some this is a wonderful product that really helps. However, in my case it may have made a slight difference but not noticeable enough to continue buying this product.

Definitely worth the money. The capsules work immediately and are very easy to swallow. I definitely recommend.
