I’ve been using these for a couple of days, and I have to say they’re some of the most dependable cloth-backed adult diapers I’ve tried. They handle both wetting and messing accidents extremely well, even for someone with full-time bladder and bowel incontinence. Soft and comfortable. These diapers work very well for those hot and humid days. The padding held up well to all my activity and met my absorbancy needs with a booster added. The tape fasteners could be a little better but that is a common problem with almost every "cloth backed" diaper that I have tried. Overall I found these to be a good quality diaper for hot weather but with a little better taping system and a little more absorbancy they could've moved up to the great category.

Absorbent without leaking

Fit was ok. Poor tapes. Flimsy shell. Poor wicking led to damming and leaks long before padding was saturated.

Wife needs disposable underwear that keeps her dry and does not soil the bedding. We have used this product for several months with complete satisfaction. Usually buy four at a time. We use at least three units per day. Product easy to use and meets full approval of our caregivers. Will continue use when needed and have no plans to change. Since mid-May 2025, availability has become a significant issue. Using 3 pair/day means one pack of 16 lasts for only 5 days. Concern about availability is a huge issue now.

they work really well for my husband right now he broke his hip 3 months ago and these are so much better then what they gave him in rehab and nursing home plus he has Parkinson's fits great holds up well
