Beautifully built garage for Thomas and friends. Comes with mechanic that is posable to be able to sit. It is compatible with other wooden tracks as it comes with brown adapters for the turntable, which is easy for little hands to turn. Children just love it.

Would HIGHLY recommend this product for ANY Thomas and Friends/train fan. Comes with a higher price tag than simpler alternatives, but I believe it to be well worth it when comparing and also when comparing with other children's toy sets like some LEGO sets! Daughters have thoroughly enjoyed imaginative play with the upstairs 'office' & 'living quarters' with opening lid, where our 'Fat Controller', 'Station Master' and 'Shed Master' meet for supper & very deep and meaningful negotiations about the trains! Shed length allows for not just the engines, but their tenders too or two engines one behind the other!! Even our Flying Scotsman with tender fits in, admittedly with his two 'raised' nose wheels sticking out the back by about 1-2cm, but because of the sheds open back, this doesn't matter. Integrated grooves prevent trains from rolling too far once inside. Open, fanned back means great interaction possible between child and set, (easily space for two children side by side) with much chat happening between our trains once they're 'tucked up tight'! Hours of fantastic use already and I'm hoping, although bought for my daughter(s), it'll be handed down/used by future generations as so well made. Comes with two track connectors to blend newer Thomas male/female track to classic male/female tracks of all major brands. Would recommend buying another male/female connector set (2 piece set...also available on Amazon) for turntable though, as there are four exits from turntable and only comes with the two. ENJOY...no doubt if you have a train/Thomas fan...your child will!

super cute, comes with little inserts to look like there are people in Anne and Claribelle. I just wish it came with Thomas. My son loved it and was so excited to have a new turn table!

The Fischer Price Tidmouth Sheds is on sale at $20 off and well worth the money! Not only is it well made that features both integrated plastic and the older wooden train system, it offers a second floor on the sheds with different living compartments for the little blue director to sleep, eat, bathe, and work at his controls while overlooking trains as the enter or leave the sheds. These extra features including a water spicket to clean engines and a hoist to lift them offer expanded imaginative activity opportunities for toddlers.
