Wow! I am so happy to have this clothing item for my ostomy bag. It allows me to swim regularly with my bag totally secure. It dries quickly!! I also wear this belt under daily street clothes as well for support and security! I will shortly purchase another one so one can be in the laundry while I wear the other one. I highly recommend this soft and well made and easy fit clothing item for anyone wearing an ostomy bag!!!

Simply better than less expensive ostomy belts. It stays in place due to the use of a superior elastic material and higher quality velcro.

This is an excellent belt for beach and pool. I feel very secure wearing it with my ileostomy. It isn’t pulled away by currents. Wearing it I swim without a shirt and then wear a loose shirt when lounging. A bit pricey but others I’ve tried haven’t functioned as well. Compared to seasonal pool or vacation expenses it’s small potatoes.

I really like the concept of the SIIL Ostomy Belt for Men—it’s well-made and seems like it would provide great support and comfort. However, I ran into issues with the sizing. I bought both a medium and a large to try out. Unfortunately, the medium is too tight, and the large is too loose, leaving me stuck between sizes.I appreciate the quality and thought put into the design, but without a better fit, it’s not as comfortable or functional for me as I had hoped. I wish there was a bit more flexibility or adjustability in the sizing options.Hopefully, future versions will address this issue because otherwise, it’s a pricey but solid product.

This belt is a game-changer for me. I'm four weeks out of surgery, and like many, I started with the $39 belts, which were much less comfortable. And more importantly, there was less room for the urostomy bag in the less expensive belts. As a result, when it began to get full, it would bulge out as if a squirrel had crawled up under my shirt and made a nest! Long story short, this belt helped me feel more confident and better able to adapt to this new way of life. Thank you, SIIL!

I really didn’t like that the product had the Velcro in the back. For someone with mobility issues it would be hard to align the pieces. I don’t have mobility issues & it was hard for me. Also I have a urostomy so with the zipper in the back it would make it hard to remove when full to empty. For the other types of ostomies it may not be a problemThe only good thing I liked was the fabric it was made of. Very soft material
