Yes, it was one long piece. I just ordered a small amount, but I think with the right length it would work. The material is very nice and soft.

can i make a headband from it?

Not really. This is a loosely woven fabric. More suitable for clothing. Flowing shorts, blouses, etc.

no, it is too open of a weave to be considered a muslin. a gauze for sure.
