I gave this bag 4 stars, although it's more like 4.5. I bought the light blue version of this bag last year and it was really good until late June when both of the zips to the main pocket fell off! This was okay as I only had a month left of school so I used my bag from last year. I went for the dark blue/navy option this year as although stated as "not waterproof" it withstands a strong amount of water, as I was constantly leaving my bag on wet benches, floors and dropping it in puddles and by the end of the year it had some water stains which were not great as the bag isn't very easy to clean! So I went for the dark blue/navy to limit visible water stains to a minimum.

overall a great material excellent arriving time within one day as said and perfectly new as described,it's quite big can fit in lots of books,there are little pockets as said for your phone water bottle ect, and I recommend for anyone that needs to use a bag for travelling or school camping ecthowever there was one thing, there were creases on the bag and they wouldn't go no matter what I even tried ironing them but no big deal they'll go away by them self one I use the bag hopefully

I posted this review on another seller selling the exact same bag (typo and all) for a higher price by accident. But, again, this bag has a few flawsa) it's very crumpled so hopefully it will sort itself outb) there's a typo and, being someone who likes things to be perfect, it really bugs me!I bought this as a travelling bag so we'll see how it holds out. All in all its a pretty good bag and the colour is my favourite shade of green 🙌🏻☺️

I got this for my daughter for school. She wanted a blue bag to match her uniform and this was reasonably priced. It came earlier than advised, and was surprised by the quality. The zips are free and smooth, the size is perfect for school, the straps easily adjusted and she says it is comfortable to carry.The from zipped pocket she has a foldaway mac inside, so is a good size. Inside there is a huge main compartment and a pocket at the bad. There are also side pockets, but she says no one at school uses those because other pupils pull out any drinks that are on show for a laugh.Overall a good quality bag.

I really liked the style of bag. Good padding on straps, back and bottom, nice size, great design and so comfortable to wear. Only problem is on its 3rd use the stitching on the left hand side by the zip came undone. I repaired it myself and the other side that looked like it might do the same. Not quite the quality I was expecting. Especially after choosing this bag for its great reviews at the time.

Good quality backpack as described. Bought as a present so happy with this. Only complaint was it doesn't actually say it is from Hong Kong - only in small letters (from HK) it was only when my order hadn't arrived after 2 weeks I started to look into it.

There isn't much cushioning on the straps, the bag is flimsy and has no shape around the back, so wouldn't be good for long distances or heavier loads. It's perfectly fine for the short walk to school though.

Really lovely backpack - when it finally arrived!! Seriously, it took about 3-4 weeks, so my wee girl was disappointed not to have it for first day back at school. Just be aware of delivery time, think it came from China x
