I’ve tried a lot of pimple patches over the years, but Neutrogena’s Stubborn Acne Ultra-Thin Blemish Dots are hands-down the best on the market. Others just don’t compare. These are ultra-thin, nearly invisible, and they stay put even overnight. As someone who struggles with dermatillomania, these patches have been a true blessing. They create a barrier that stops me from picking, while actively helping the blemish heal faster. I’ve noticed a huge difference in how quickly spots calm down and how much less scarring I deal with when I use these consistently. They’re gentle, effective, and don’t irritate my skin. I just wish they came in more sizes sometimes I need a bit more coverage for larger areas or clusters. But even with that, I keep coming back to these because they work. If you deal with picking or stubborn breakouts, don’t hesitate just buy them. You won’t regret it.

These are way better than any I’ve used, and I’ve tried 10 different brands. The price is decent too. I could tell a huge difference using it before bed, by the morning. My only complaint is it’s really hard to get them off the plastic because the tear line isn’t easy to continue because the plastic is too thick. It won’t detour me from buying again though!

These are a favorite for my teenagers to wear overnight. They do help reduce the size and redness of pimples without any irritation or discomfort. I noticed that they also help reduce the size of pores as well.

I've been using these for months now. I have tried many other brands and can share my experience here. The GOOD: - These are great (as their name says) for stubborn (hard to get rid of, painful, or very noticeable) acne. - I like how hast they act. I leave it overnight, it doesnt fall off and it does is magic in 6 to 7 hours. - Compared to other similar products, these are much more effective. The BAD and the UGLY: - They are a bit pricier than the generic multiple-suze acne patches. Also, they come in "packs of 5" and one opened, it's not easily-resealable like other brands. CONCLUSION: Overall, I always have a box of these bonuses as "heavy artillery". However, I don't waste them on minor acne.

Did not work as well as others

Absolutely love these and they work amazingly! I put it on before bed and when I wake in the morning, there is noticeable discharge on the patch. For normal pimples, the patch works overnight to get rid of it, larger ones may take a two to three patches to clear up. For both small and large pimples, patch relieves redness and sensitivity overnight.

These are just like every other pimple patch. They stick on the skin nicely. But I just don’t see how special they are. I would purchase again if cheaper
