This product heats and holds well. I ran into some issues with damage upon delivery. It came with dents and scratches (probably from the warehouse). But the owner’s response and follow through was so good and prompt, that is deserving of 5 stars. I told him the problems, and he resolved it immediately.

I run a food truck and catering company and this thing has been amazing. It's super light, feels sturdy, holds temperature, the thermometer is accurate and unlike some brands that are twice the price, the rack lips are wide enough that your trays will never fall. Came packed really well on a palate.

One of the sides was completely dented. Kind of a pain to return due to its size

We use this warmer for our Fire Dept events and it works well. It feels cheap but so far so good.

Product meet our needs. Works great and keep food hot. I have only one BIG con. The sides, back and top are NOT insulated only the door. Single wall construction. This unit get very hot and a person can easily get burned. Contacted Manufacture about a insulation blanket. Their reply was to search the internet for one.. We ended up wrapping the unit with insulation to protect our personnel.
