Puts out plenty of ink - even when you're not using it
I was very excited to find a fidget device that fits in with a professional work environment. Unfortunately, when I received the pen, it looked like it came apart during shipping. The small black box was slightly opened, and the pieces of the pen spilled out into the bigger Amazon box. A spring was missing for one of the ink cartridges altogether, but I'm not sure that's terribly important. The springs seem to serve no purpose anyway. There is no clicking mechanism on the pen - the only way to retract the ink cartridge is to unscrew the back end until it nearly comes off.Despite all of that, I was determined to enjoy the pen anyway. However, as I played with it during work today, ink got all over my hands. That's when I noticed that not only was the ink exposed (due to the reasons mentioned above), but it was leaking as well! I found a puddle of ink inside of my pen holder, which was a gift from the company I work for when I first started here. There's no easy way to clean this up. I really don't think I'm going to be able to use the pen at all. I just took the magnets off and put them with the other magnets I have on my desk.Needless to say, I'm very disappointed.

No cap
This is a good quality pen however I can not carry the pen anywhere since the package is not include pen cap.I don't know why the manufacturer missed this important fact.

This item was missing pieces when I received it and so had to be returned, I decided not to try and repurchase as I was already discouraged once.

Hard to use
The ink cap will pop off if you pull hard enough. You may need to stick your nail under it to get the cap off to expose the writing section of the pen. Not easy for a kid, I would suggest that you look around for the original Think Ink pen if your giving as a gift. (the original pen comes in a tin can, not box).
