First of all there are no instructions to tell you how this works. If you click on the button that indicates the wax is solid then what do you do next. You hit another button that's blinking blue and it will start the heating process. It's supposed to go up to 267° But it does not it will only go up to 198. Sometimes you think you're hitting a button to increase the heating and then all of a sudden you start to see it harden meaning you then have to hit the blinking button to start the heating process all over again. Would be better to spend $89 on one of the larger heating parts that you have a knob control that gives you different temperature levels. This is small and does not hold a lot of wax.

It will only melt enough for a small candle

This should have come with directions? Absolutely no paperwork with this, not impressed.

The instructions do not mention if the lid stays on while melting the wax, and you can’t turn it off unless you unplug it. Other than that it melts soy wax quick just wish the pot had a pour spout to prevent dripping all over, while pouring it into a pitcher.

Premièrement il n’y a pas de livres d’instructions. Deuxièmement la description disait chauffe cire électrique et le kit pour faire des bougies. C’est complètement faut car si vous regardez les images vous voyez qu’il y a un petit kit. Donc j’aurais dû l’acheter d’un autre fabricant qui inclut. J’achète beaucoup sur Amazon et très déçu de ce fabricant.
