Works well but certain Chinese tea pills work better for less money. Difficult to maintain at this price point.

I didn’t give it 5 stars because there are more things added to it than are mentioned on the front of the bottle. Lemon balm and passion flower is alright but I didn’t like that vitamin b’s were added, and the vitamin b’s dont seem to be sourced the best. Everything else is great, and if you don’t care about where your vitamins are sourced then don’t worry but continue reading because I will explain how i would cycle this. I had autoimmune disease symptoms so I had to be particular about where my vitamins are sourced to ensure it didn’t cause issues with my food intolerances along with my strict diet. My doctor told me that Saffron doesn’t fully start working to improve adhd, mental focus, stress relief, or aiding with improving depression until about 2 weeks of consistently taking it. I would take it for about 3 months and cycle off for another 3 months. Eventually I stopped taking it/needing it. I have had friends who have had issues with this brand making them feel “crazy” so definitely feel it out for yourself. I personally enjoyed these - I think most people do, some just experience some weirdness after long term use (which is why I recommend to cycle it).
