Easily veganizable, and delicious!!
I saw a review where somewhere was upset because it wasn't vegan, and I wish I could contact them to offer suggestions! This is by far my favorite cleaner cake mix!!! Also, I didn't check it out, but there is a section on the box where it says "bake vegan" and there's a website you can go to: Foodstirs.com/vegan. I used 6TBSP Silk unsweet vanilla, Bobs red mill egg replacer in place of 3 eggs (1 tbsp of egg replacer per 2 tbsp water) , 6TBSP coconut milk, and 5 TBSP of applesauce in place of the butter. They are a little green because I added a small amount of Spirulina for a mermaid themed party. I did notice the batter was a little dry, so I added an additional tbsp or two of coconut milk. These baked wonderfully and taste awesome!

Look no further
Made this for my kids birthday a couple months ago, it was amazing. Didn't sacrifice taste at all. We are cleaning up our diets after discovering we are mthfr mutants and should avoid synthetic folic acid like the plague. This saved our birthdays, bless yall!

Just okay...
I so wanted to love these mixes, but, sadly, I didn't. I will say, I have only made the cookies and the brownies, so I can't speak to the cake mix yet. I love chocolate chip cookies, so I made them first. I followed the directions exactly (even chilling for an hour for a thicker cookie), and the cookies turned out flat and grainy. They were close to inedible and I ended up throwing them away (😕). I decided to try the brownies and see if they turned out better. Thankfully, they did! They were easy to mix, but I did have to bake them about five minutes longer than directed. They are fudgy brownies, so if you like cakey brownies these may not be for you. I thought they tasted good and would buy the brownie mix again.

Good basic organic cake mix.
I mixed blueberries and 1 1/2 bananas into the mix, used olive oil and vanilla almond milk, put in Chobani blueberry yogurt, and baked it in a toaster oven. It baked evenly and had a moist taste. It was more the consistency of a muffin than a light batter. It had a sweet taste like a dessert which I like. You can substitute items and it still works.

Not vegan friendly!
While this product does appear to be junk free as they claim to be. I was shopping in a hurry to find my daughter a vegan friendly, nut free cake mix for her birthday. This popped up and it was much cheaper to buy separate boxes versus the multipacks they offer! They come in the mail, day of her party the ingredients call for eggs, milk, and a few other things. Needless to say the boxes are sitting on my counter still.

You can taste the quality of ingredients which is amazing, especially since the mix is so cheap
Light, fluffy, and definitely really expensive vanilla in this mix. You can taste the quality of ingredients which is amazing, especially since the mix is so cheap! Way cheaper, faster, and tastier than making it on your own.

Too sweet for us!
I find that most organic desert products are usually not very sweet. This one was sickeningly sweet. Both my husband and I agreed on that. Others might like it, but it was certainly not what we were expecting as far as our experiences with other organic desert products.

You need yogurt to make this
I ordered these for my stepdaughter birthday and then realized last minute that the instructions called for yogurt. My picky eaters refused to let me make them. They probably taste amazing but I can't say as we didn't make them.
