Amazing for small business
I have a small cleaning business. I detail cars and clean upholstery. I have been told so many times that my cleaning is unmatched and I'd like to take all the credit but this machine does wonders. Steam lasts a long time, so many attachments. Its exactly what I wanted in a steamer. 10/10.

great suckeruper
4 cats. They mark. I'm 82. Most stand up shampooers are a chore to use and even worse to clean. The spot cleaners require bending over or siting on the floor. that's a problem for me now. I have been using this for a few days, getting old markings up. WONDERFUL. I spray carpet shampoo mixed with water in a spray bottle. leave for about 1/2 hr. Use clear water spray and vac on this. At night i use a blue lit to check. all gone. I did 5 spots in 1 hr, that includes soaking time.

Has positives and negatives
It's a real good vacuum it's motor is quite powerfull making it's suction power superb.Using it for a few months there are just a few positive and negative.Positive: 8 gallon size is just right not too bulky and not too small.Powerful motor, and so suction is great!Various attachments makes it ideal.Built is very durable, can take rigorous use without breaking.Negative: The wet vacuum aspect needs a tiny 9 volt battery sparete from the supplied power, when it goes dead or the first time you have to remember that's it's there otherwise you might want to return it saying it stopped working. The hose that carries the chemicals to spray breaks easily, so right now that feature is not working for me.The drain plug is way above the base, so it's almost impossible to drain all the water after sucking up liquid.

Don't waste your money.
I have it, and hate it. I'm a mobile detailer so shampooing seats is something I offer in my higher packages.Pros:- good suction- long power cord (like 20')- large capacityCons:- HORRIBLE construction. No matter how many times I tinkered with the large wheels and adjusted clips and washers, they fell off every single time I used it.- The clips that hold the top to the body and tank together are very weak and unclip very easily if carrying it from the top handle. I've had it unclip at least 15 times and twice it's come completely off and splashed forbidden chocolate milk into my mouth 🤢🤮- the signal on the remote head is very weak so often times I have to put my hand outside the vehicle while holding it to turn it on and off- the water sprayer leaks like crazy so you'll shut the water off and it'll keep dripping unless you constantly shake it off- my sprayer piece already broke off so water just falls out of the head if I try and use it. So now I have to carry a 2-gallon pump sprayer of DI water with me to rinse and extract with.Mind you, I bought this last December and MAYBE used it 10 times and the thing is basically totalled and is just a glorified wet/dry vac at this point. Detailers: you're better off buying a RIGID vac and doing the extractor mod to it. Save your money.

2-n-1 vacuum & floor cleaner, easy to use, great features
The media could not be loaded. Great 2-n-1 floor cleaner & shop vacuum! The added hepa filter at the exhaust makes this my go to vacuum on construction cleanings. The trigger switches make it easier to turn on/off at a moments notice. Here I’ve applied a cleaner & am now rinsing & drying floors. Very easy to control, the long extensions keep you out of the area you’re trying to clean. Worth the money.

The wheels suck but it's a good machine once you secure the wheels
EditI don't regret purchasing this machine. Just make sure you secure the wheels with wire. I like the machine. Easy to use. I use it for regular household cleaning. If it wasn't for the wheels I'd give it a 4.Construction other than the wheels is good. Well the wheels are good but the clamps that are supposed to hold them in are not suited to do so._____I requested a replacement and I had the same issue with the wheels. It's a decent machine. So, I'm gonna keep it but I had to come up with a solution to keep the wheels on. I wrapped some jewelry wire and glue around it. Let it dry then put the hubcap on it.Original Review:It has good suction power. However every time I tried to use it the wheels fell off. I took the hubcaps off several times to fix it. Until I was fed up and glued the hook to the washer with weldbond glue in hopes they would not come out. Before gluing the hooks to the washers I couldn't roll the machine to another room without the wheels falling off. After glueing I was able to roll back and forth. I was cleaning a septic backup so I was back and forth. The wheels did not fall off...The next day, moved the machine and the wheels were loose Ugh. I had to clean up a mess so I couldn't bother with fixing it. I only had one small room to clean so I figured they would last.Lol, I pulled the hose to vacuum the water up and the dang wheel came off. The machine was leaning and the water was coming from the side or bottom. At this point I just started 😢 crying because I wanted to cuss and kiçk the machine..on top of that the hose and suction adapter for wet vac is not comfortable to use. I have to keep adjusting it.I watched so many reviews on this expecting it to be good. But this isn't working for me. I thought I got a good deal but this is too much work. And very frustrating. I couldn't find a link to contact the store. I always have that issue on Amazon. So it's not the stores fault. But as much as I want to like this and keep it. I will have to send it back.Maybe this is just a bad machine. Idk...but I swear it will give me HBP and grey hairs.
